- Follow the signs for Paultons Park
- Exit at Junction 2
- take the northbound exit, signposted Romsey along a dual carriageway.
- At the roundabout take the first exit left
- Pass the Vine Inn & Motel
- Turn right at the Mortimers Hotel
- The Mortimers Hotel is now on your right
- Paultons Park entrance is in front of you
- The entrance to Mortimers Estate is between the Hotel and Paulton's Park
- Drive to the end of the estate.
- Manor Training is now on your left
