Payments

 

1. An invoice will be raised once you have made your booking either over the telephone or via e-mail
2. The discounted rates will apply if payment is received by the due date
3. The due date is normally prior to the commencement of the training but if you need alternative terms please feel free to give us a call
4. Payments can be made by the following methods
• Cheque made payable to Manor Training
• BACS – bank details on the invoice
• Card by clicking on the PayPal link below (you don’t need a PayPal account to pay with this method)

 

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices quoted are discounted rates and are subject to payment being received by the date shown on the invoice.
  2. Any invoice not settled by this date will be re-issued at the full rate and immediate payment will be required.
  3. Cancellations / non-arrivals:
    These will be charged at the following rates:
    • Less than 7 days notification, full payment of the fee is payable
    • Less than 14 days notification, half fees will be payable
    • More than 14 days notification, no fees will be payable
  4. Expenses will be charged for travel to on-site training and consultancy.
  5. Manor Training reserves the right to cancel a course at short notice, due to events beyond their control.
  6. Manor Training will not be deemed liable for reimbursing training charges where, in the opinion of the Course Trainer, the Trainee was booked on a course not suited to his/her capabilities.
  7. The booking of any course or service is deemed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Business.
  8. All prices are quoted ex vat
