Payments
- An invoice will be raised once you have made your booking either over the telephone or via e-mail
- The discounted rates will apply if payment is received by the due date
- The due date is normally prior to the commencement of the training but if you need alternative terms please feel free to give us a call
- Payments can be made by the following methods
- Cheque made payable to Manor Training
- BACS - Bank details on the invoice
Terms & Conditions
- Prices quoted are discounted rates and are subject to payment being received by the date shown on the invoice.
- Any invoice not settled by this date will be re-issued at the full rate and immediate payment will be required.
- Cancellations / non-arrivals:
These will be charged at the following rates:
- Less than 7 days notification, full payment of the fee is payable
- Less than 14 days notification, half fees will be payable
- More than 14 days notification, no fees will be payable
- Expenses will be charged for travel to on-site training and consultancy.
- Manor Training reserves the right to cancel a course at short notice, due to events beyond their control.
- Manor Training will not be deemed liable for reimbursing training charges where, in the opinion of the Course Trainer, the Trainee was booked on a course not suited to his/her capabilities.
- The booking of any course or service is deemed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Business.
- All prices are quoted excl. VAT.
